About the Race

The 5K Jack’s Run for Autism Awareness will take place 9:00 am Saturday, May 22nd in Port Washington, New York. 

All proceeds will benefit NSSA.

The event will feature raffles, refreshments, and t-shirts for all entrants. Pledge forms will be available for those who cannot attend, but want to support NSSA.

Inspiration for the race came from Michael and Ondine Slone Miranda, whose nephew Jack attends NSSA’s Martin C. Barell School. Mr. and Mrs. Miranda are founding partners of Miranda Sokoloff Sambursky Slone Verveniotis LLP, a race sponsor.

Sponsorship opportunities are still available. We welcome your participation and any donations of prizes, pledges, and volunteer time.
